Book Notes:
This book has been in the works for years. As the title states, it is about a year in the life of Dave Navarro, starting in June of 1998 until June 1999. Portions of this book have been published in an issue of Spin magazine [read that article here]. It is broken down into 12 chapters, one for each month, and talks about what happened during that time. Anyone who visited him at his home, would have their picture taken in his photobooth.
After many years of speculation, the book has finally been released. Dave stated on Loveline that he has modified the book a little, taking out things he said about members of his family that he would prefer not be out in the open. Proceeds from the release of this book go to Musicians Assistance Program.
