Dave shared a story from the Jane's heyday where the singer of Depache Mode was banging on their door screaming that they let him in. Then he just asked Dave to come to his house, he'd make him dinner and roll him a joint.

He called his manager, Larissa, after she was IMing him about playing with Courtney Love, which was the first he'd heard of it.

He gave out another Rokbar T-shirt. The question was "The name of the film that Natasha, from Eleven, appeared in." The answer was "2010."

One question directed towards Greg was what was the weirdest thing Dave's asked him to get for him. He mentioned the anal ring toss from the Howard Stern show, and also mentioned how Dave teabagged him once when he was sleeping.

He gave out a 6767 T-shirt. Tonights question was "What was Ricky Gervasis' characters name on 'The Office' and 'Extras'." The answers were "David Brent (The Office)" and "Andy Millman (Extras)."

Dave's past with drugs came up, and he mentioned that acid really gave him a bad trip, but he would do X several days straight.

[Quotes]:
"See, you get a Jew on the show, and they give back. That's why I got him." [Dave]

[12/06/05 - Show 2]

[Guest(s)]: Carmen, Gregg Simon
[Phone Calls]: Forbidden, Danielle
[Length]: approx 2 hrs 15 min.

[Notes]:
This show was on later at night.

The subject of the "Core" tattoo came up, and Dave said he did not get it because he doesn't like to plan out what he's getting and when he's going to get it.

Dave played "Somebody Else" from Rhimorse, and afterwards he shared that it was about a break up, and he was driving on Beverly Blvd, he saw an attractive blonde and went to talk to her, and it was his ex-wife. He also mentioned the sound of a tape being fast forwarded is the song itsself.

When Carmen got home, she went off on Southwest Airlines. Apparently, her bag was too big and overweight, so they had to transfer things to another bag. She was also upset because she was asked if she was carrying any weapons or fireworks, and her lotion set of the TNT detector, and she then had to get a pat down.

Another story Carmen shared about problems with airlines was during Lollapalooza 2003 when Daisy, their dog, was sick, possibly due to Stephen Perkins' chronic, and she had a seizure. They took it to a vet on a farm since it was the closest they could find. On the way back, they called up ahead of time to be sure it was fine, and the attendant was giving her a hard time about taking a "sick" dog on the plane, so Carmen called her "a fucking cunt."

[12/07/05]

[Guest Host]: Gregg Simon
[Phone Calls]:
[Length]: approx 2 hours.

[Notes]:
They opened up with recalling the Camp Freddy show in Las Vegas. Greg's favorite moments were "Round and Round" and "Crackerman."

Gregg shared the many adventures of being with Carmen in Las Vegas for the Billboard awards. He mentioned she had a psychic reading which "blew her mind," and that she got Dave a "Hello Kitty" guitar from the gift shop.

They gave away another 6767 T-shirt with this question: "There's a sample at the end of 'Ring Finger,' what is the sample of and what band is it from?" [answer "Had A Dad" by Jane's Addiction]

[12/08/05]

[Guest(s)]: Carmen, Davey Newkirk
[Phone Calls]: Dana
[Length]: approx 2 hrs 15 min.

[Notes]:
Gregg was late due to being with Carmen as she was taping Last Call w/Carson Daly.

Dave mentioned that he had an interview earlier in the day with someone from Rolling Stone magazine. The person interviewing him was asking him who his Grammy picks were, and he admits he hadn't heard of many of the nominees. He taped and played a portion of it on air and followed it with a mash up of Green Day since that was his pick in that particular category.

On a similar note, apparently Dave is on the Guitar One list of the 10 Guitarists that should retire. Other guitarists on the list were Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Keith Richards, and Eddie Van Halen.

Dave brought up the subject of an upcoming guest on CFR, who will be bringing her own camera crew into the studio. He wanted to dress up for the occasion, but didn't want her to be looking at Billy so they were making jokes of how to convince Billy to dress down for the occasion.
