[08/01/05 - Episode 10]

The remaining rockers were shown in shock of last weeks decision to eliminate two contestants.

This weeks clinic was voice control. The voice instructer took each of the contestants through several vocal exercises, some which would greatly benefit some of the contestants.

During the song selection, JD and Suzie both wanted the same song. JD soon gave it up to her as part of his "killing them with kindness" strategy. Ty was stuck with a song that he had never even heard before.

Rehearsals were shown again. Paul, the House Band leader, commented on Brandon once again, stating that he loses rhythm. Jessica shared that her biggest concern was to do well enough to escape the bottom three this week.

[08/02/05 - Episode 11]

Mig - Queen, "We Will Rock You"
Deanna - Melissa Ethridge, "I'm The Only One"
Marty - Creed, "With Arms Wide Open"
Ty - Foo Fighters, "Everlong"
Jessica - Violent Femmes, "Blister In The Sun"
Brandon - Tonic, "If You Could Only See"
Jordis - David Bowie, "The Man Who Sold The World"
JD - Joe Cocker, "The Letter"
Tara - The Police, "Message In A Bottle"
Suzie - The Beatles, "Get Back"

There were a couple cracks made about JD from Dave and the band. First, they pointed out that Queen would likely be proud of Marty's performance after JD's poor rendition of "We Are The Champions." Also, Deanna's sister was in attendance, and the band noted that she kept it together, which JD failed to do the previous week when he saw his sister in the crowd.

Dave said that this was the best show with these contestants.

[08/03/05 - Episode 12]

First off, the band asked Jordis to do an encore of "The Man Who Sold The World."

Jon joined the House Band on drums, and Andrew joined in on rhythm guitar.

Brandon - "Devil Inside"
Tara - "Beautiful Girl"
Ty - "Kick"

The band loved Ty's performance, so he was saved. They felt that Tara didn't show the love or passion she had for the song, and that Brandon did but it threw his pitch off and effected his vocals. Ultimately, they let Tara go.
