[07/18/05 - Episode 04]

The contestants were wondering about the house. Marty stumbled into a room with Gibson guitars for each of the remaining contestants.

Dave was seen in one of the rooms in white pants and a white feather boa. He got the contestants in to talk about "clinics," or meetings where he could provide the group with some advice. This weeks topic was style. The 13 musicians were then lead into the "Rockstar Boutique," where they met designer Ellie May.

Mig stumbled across the list of songs the group had to pick from this week. There was a debate between Tara and Deanna for Black Sabbath's "Paranoid," and no one wanted to take "The One I Love" (REM). Deanna gave in and took "The One I Love" so Tara could do "Paranoid."

Finally, they showed a couple rehearsals with the house band. JD and Deanna both reworked the arrangement of their song, while Mig and Tara were shown struggling a bit with their selections.

[07/19/05 - Episode 05]

Once again, a handful of songs were picked for the group to decide amongst themselves to perform:

Marty - The Romantics, "What I Like About You"
Daphna - Joan Jett, "I Hate MYself For Loving You"
Ty - The Killers, "Somebody Told Me"
Suzie - The Police, "Roxanne"
Mig - Aerosmith, "Walk This Way"
Neal - Brian Adams, "Summer of '69"
Heather - The Rolling Stones, "It's Only Rock N Roll"
JD - Alanis Morissette, "Hand In My Pocket"
Tara - Black Sabbath, "Paranoid"
Deanna - REM, "The One I Love"
Jordis - Hoobastank, "The Reason"
Jessica - Jimi Hendrix, "Purple Haze"
Brandon - Lynard Skynard, "Sweet Home Alabama"

[07/20/05 - Episode 06]

The show started out with the groups reaction to a comment JD made the previous night. He said that while everyone else was just learning the INXS songs, he already knew them because he loved them. The contestants were showed at dinner that night, all feeling offended by his comment. After showing this, Brooke asked Dave his opinion and he layed it all out, basically stating that its a competition.

The bottom three this week were (in order of their performance):
Neal - "Suicide Blonde"
Tara - "Mistified"
Jessica - "Don't Change"

The band felt that Tara could've used the stage better, though her vocals improved. They also felt that Jessica started out rough, but improved. Finally, it was Neal that was let go because, though he worked the stage, they felt his voice needed work.
