This episode of AMW looked back on the murder of Dave's mother and how they caught her ex-boyfriend who murdered her.

It was told that his mother met John Riccardi through working out at the gym. They grew close and he became extremely controling and jealous that after she broke up with him, he would sneak in her house looking for evidence of her having someone else in her life. One night he snuck in and was there when she returned with a friend, and he murdered them both.

It was shown how they tracked him down and put him on trial and his conviction with a death sentance. He sits on death row with no date set yet.

They ended the segment with Dave giving his appreciation to the viewers who call in with tips because he feels the show offers solutions.
