Show Information:

They were asked where the name "The Panic Channel" came from. Steve replied to this, and explained how "channel" had a spiritual connotation.

The subject of Perry came up. Both Dave and Stephen admitted they don't talk to him, and don't have any plans to anytime soon. The question evolved into whether or not Steve felt he was being compared to Perry, but turned it around to say that he hopes that the listeners will take it as they're doing their own thing, and in a different world than what Perry's currently doing.

Dave was interviewed the most regarding Don't Try This At Home and his drug addictions, RockStar: Supernova, and even whether or not he kept in touch with contestants from RockStar: INXS.

The Jane's Addiction box set came up in conversation. Stephen shared that a deal with Warner Bros. was slowly coming together, and that he had been collecting recordings from the very beginning. He even had a tape of his audition.

Just before performing "Outsider," they had a minute where Chris needed to grab his bass, so Dave wanted to go to the phones and give away some tickets to the show. Elliot called the portion of the show after Outsider "Dave Navarro's Morning Zoo." He joked with the first caller, then gave out a few more pairs, and finally ended with a movie quote: "Should I get the cops? I'll get the cops." and "Goodevening Mr. Gladstone." They continued with quotes as callers didn't have a clue, and finally someone got it correct when guessing "The Graduate." They continued spitting out quotes for another two callers, then just gave away another pair. Dave couldn't leave without doing a few quotes from 24.

[Quotes]:

"I never really became a hard drug user, through osmosis I was beeped up all the time, but..." [Stephen]
"Perkins also had like the ultimate guide of what not to do around him. Me and Perry. Here's how not to live." [Dave]
"Taking Jane's to Vegas in the early days was me with a map driving the RV and the three guys in back, ya know, I don't know what was going on back there, but I thought the bottle of bleach was to do clothes, I didn't realise it was for the needles. I was a little naive to the scene." [Stephen]
"Yeah, that was the only time I got upset that the bleach was missing. 'WHO TOOK THE BLEACH?!'" [Dave]

"There's a lot of cool music out there, I've collected all the recordings from day one, and I've got some unusual stuff." [Stephen]
"Dude, this guy has a library that literally, would make an amazing compilation." [Dave]
"It's big." [Stephen]
"Damn dude, can I get that Shoreline Amphitheatre show that I was too screwed up to, no I would love to see that, seriously dude. I didn't know it was an option. I should've asked like a long time ago." [Steve]

"So your house is like, just a closet of everything that was ever done?" [Elliot]
"well I put it back in the little storage area, but yeah, I've got all the Jane's stuff, actually my first audition, I let the tape go while I went to the restroom, and the guys were talking about my playing." [Stephen]
"You have that on tape? Wow!" [Dave]
"Dave wasn't in the band just yet, he joined a week later, and they're like 'he's pretty good, he's got potential, we can shape him.' So I came back in and said 'So what do you think, I got any potential? Could you guys shape me?'" [Stephen, everybody laughs]

"I'm telling you dude, Lubriderm, Golden Girls, a box of tissues, that's an afternoon." [Dave, after Elliot said co-worker Flounder was watching GG for hours]
"It was only a matter of time until Bee Arthur was in the mix." [Steve]
