[11/20/04]

[In Studio]: Dave, Donovan
[Guest(s)]: Kelly Cole
[Phone-Ins]: Alex Ebert (Ima Robot)
[Phone Calls]: Simara Rose (Starlit), Billy

[Absentees]: Billy was sick and Matt was absent for an unknown reason.

Donovan was late and called before the show to say "play another song." After he arrived with Kelly Cole, and the delay problems were fixed, they decided to start the show over.

Dave brought up the fact that Emily Proctor (of CSI) is considering going to medical school. They were goofing by saying she would be "Dr. Proctor" and it would be worse if she was a proctologist.

Alex from the band Ima Robot called in, and before he got to say anything Dave asked him about the last time he called [08/14] and they asked him for a review of the movie "I, Robot." After his negative review, they asked him to do the same for "Bad Boys II."

There was a caller who called in to say that Dave went to the same school as she did. This brought up the conversation of how he was kicked out and the letter that they sent to his house.

A recurring subject was about the 86 year-old man who was arrested for planning a "sex tour" to the Philippines to have sex with a 9 and 12 year old. One caller called in, who unfortunately had been taken advantage of at the age of 5, and had a heart-to-heart chat with Dave about the issue. She parted by saying anyone who had ever had an unwanted sex experience, at any age, should open up and tell someone so that the sex offender can be put away.

[Questions]:

For a pair of wristbands to the 12/02 show:
"Who wrote 'A Clockwork Orange'?" [asked by Donovan, answer: Anthony Burgess]

[Quotes]:

"I have the upmost respect for you guys to have taken it to proctology within 15 minutes of being on the air." [Billy]

"... He calls me in his office and goes, 'I want to talk to you for a second. I want to know why it is that anytime anybody wants drugs in this school, they come to either you or Steve Perkins.' I said 'I have no idea why.' Somehow Steve Perkins stayed in school, and I got asked to leave." [Dave, reflecting on how he was kicked out of High School]

"... She needs her mom's breast, as much as I need the breast..." [Donovan, when answering what his baby's name was]

"I'd say that she's handling the fact that she doesn't have the breast much better than you handle it." [Dave]
