Live: Camp Freddy-NotForNothing.net

[07/10/04]

[In Studio]: Dave, Billy, Matt
[Weather]: Carmen Electra
[Phone-Ins]: Donovan
[Phone Calls]: Carmen (they left a message), Tommy Lee

[Absentees]: Donovan was in New York.

Dave talked about his experience at the Coffee Bean, and he ranted about people who don't look at the menu until they get up to the counter. This turned into reliving old drug experiences.

Matt talked about how he was recently robbed. Someone had broken into his storage locker and stolen some of his gear from the Guns N Roses days. He said he did the street wise thing, "and threatened the guy with death."

When Carmen called back, Billy asked about their Yorkie, Daisy, which made a huge conversation between the four of them about pets and animals in general.

Dave wanted to address the pressing issue of fans being upset that he will play with just about anyone. He explained his opinion, and tied it into the whole concept of Camp Freddy.

Towards the end of the show, they took several calls asking for peoples opinions on whether or not Nick Lache should play with Camp Freddy. Dave came up with the idea of pile up commercials for the end of the show.

[Questions]:

For a Duran Duran DVD and an Adolecents DVD:
"John Taylor is married to the designer that came up with what brand name fashion?" [asked by Matt; answer: Juicy]

Billy had a Playstation 2 and an Xbox game to give away. They wanted people to call up with an answer to a gaming question. If they could get the question, the caller won.
The answer: Tommy Versetti, The Question: Grand Theft Auto, Dave answered.

[Quotes]:

"I went through this whole time back then when I was convinced that the ghosts of my friends who hadn't died yet, that were going to die, were haunting my house. And I would call my friends and say 'Your future ghost is hiding behind my curtains. I need it to get back in your body, it's freaking me out." [Dave, reliving his drug days]

"He speaks like he knows what he's packing, doesn't he?" [Billy, about Jerry Cantrell]

"You guys started without me because you're all jacked up on coffee." [Matt]

"Get my wife on the phone, tell her we're moving." [Dave, after taking a call from someone at Triple X Records]

"Debbie Harry is one of those women that I would easily.. either one, I'd be her lover or her son." [Dave]

"I'm going to go in the mens room and, ya know, rub one out." [Dave]
