[In Studio]: Matt

Matt was on his own with Jessica again because Billy and Donovan were in New York, and Dave was "tired."

He talked about the show he recently did with Duff McKagan's band Loaded at the Viper Room. They played a Nuerotic Outsiders song, they did Guns N Roses' "It's So Easy," but he said Duff also through him a curve-ball of GNR's "Dust 'N Bones," which he hadn't played in 15 years.

Matt really wanted to hear from "burners," people who had gone to Burning Man. To try and get them to call, they played some techno music and he was trying to wake them up so they'd call. Surprisingly, he got a few.

In the second hour, Matt mentioned that he has two MTV's "moon men" from the VMA's. One was the "Michael Jackson Video Vangard Award," to which Axl refused to accept because he didn't like Michael. They told him they would just make it the "Video Vanguard" award, but at the show they still said it as "Michael Jackson's Video Vanguard Award," and Axl nearly walked out after that.
