Dave had some tickets to give away to see Girl In A Coma later this month, and the question he asked went unanswered after the first several calls. They were getting frustrated as these callers wouldn't turn their radio's down, so they hung up on a few, but after a couple tracks they got an answer.

Dave played a new Guns N Roses song, called "There Was A Time," but cut it off at about 5 minutes so it wasn't played in it's entirety.

The subject of the potential lawsuit against Dave by Louis Vouitton for not being unauthorized to use it. He said that once he posted everything online, the Vice President called Dave herself to straighten things out.

When Pull and Raiana called in, they shared that Dave would be joining them for their show at the Viper Room on July 11, and played their new track "All For Nothing," which Dave plays on and will "recreate" live.

At the top of the second hour, they had a guest who is an undercover cop, and to conceal her real name was refered to as Jane. On top of being an undercover officer, she works in a corrections facility and has spent two years in Iraq with the Army, which she shared a bit about each of her
