[Absentees]: Billy was sick, Matt was on tour with Velvet Revolver, and Donovan was out for an unknown reason.

Since Dave was flying solo, engineer Jess was an unofficial co-host. He took a lot of calls though, and played a lot of songs from his "rain mix."

When Matt called, Dave brought up the fact that he recently bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner due to Matt's previous recommendation. He also mentioned he couldn't wait to get home to "dyson the place."

Todd called in towards the end of the show, and Dave was going through some of the fanmail they received at the station. He came across a letter sent to him by a serial killer incarcerated in Florida because they read an article that Dave collects artwork from serial killers. Dave said that the letter was beautifully written, but didn't say anything about doing artwork himself.
