Not exactly Camp Freddy Radio, but this was a special hour and a half live broadcast from Best Buy in West Los Angeles, where Dave was signing to promote the game, Guitar Hero II, which features a Jane's Addiction song.
Since Dave was busy signing things, Billy was wondering a bit talking to customers, the game's Producer, and he would swing back over to Dave.
Dave finished up his signing just after midnight, so Billy wrapped the show early since everything had died down quite a bit.
