This is the UK promo of the album which includes all 13 tracks, eventhough the artwork only lists the first 12. This disc is packaged in a cardboard slipcase, and there is a label on the back with the following:

'One' is the debut albrom from US 4-piece Panic Channel. After Jane's Addiction split (again) in 2004, band members Dave Navarro, Chris Chaney & Stephen Perkins continued playing together and realised they wanted to take it further. Dave found vocalist Steve Isaacs through a friend of a friend and Panic Channel was formed. Produced by Josh Abraham (Velvet Revolver, Korn), 'One' is an impressive debut. First single will be the anthemic 'Why Cry' (release date tbc) and Panic Channel will be visiting the UK for live dates and promo around the single release.
