Dave played most of the parts on this album. Chad Smith plays drums on most of the tracks, and there is also a guest appearance by Flea on "Everything."

The extended version of "Everything" is actually the original version. There is a long jam in the middle which leads into "Machine Gun" by Jimi Hendrix. The Hendrix family did not give Dave permission to release it, so it was left out on track 2 of this disc.

"Message from Twiggy" is a message that Twiggy Ramirez left on Dave's answering machine once when he was high.
